Here are some of the terms & condition & infos that you may want to know before & after purchasing from Notbook Notbuk !
Shipping & Postage
We will post out all confirmed & paid orders within:
- 3 – 5 working days for ready made orders
- 10-15 working days for personalized orders
Flat rate shipping to anywhere in Malaysia, regardless of the total quantity upon check-out.
Item will be shipped via Pos Laju and it will take approximately 2-3 working days to reach you.
Working days excludes Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday.
Drop us an email (email@example.com) if you would like to have your tracking number.
We will not be held responsible for ANY lost or damaged or delayed parcels.
We ship worldwide, except for Israel.
For INTERNATIONAL customers, kindly proceed to our ETSY store for simpler check-out. We accept payment via PayPal.
Exchange, Refunds, Reservation
We do not accept any exchange or refunds upon payment confirmation.
We allow reservation for 48hours upon check out. We will cancel the order if no payment received within the stated period.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned / refunded to the customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense.
Orders that are abandoned by the customer (unattended delivery) for any reason will not be returned / refunded to the customer and will only be resent at the customer’s expense.
Collection / Direct Pick-Up
Direct pick-up / self collection is possible, within working hours Monday – Friday (by appointment only).
Pick-up location will be at Notbook Notbuk Studio in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya. Full address will be given upon confirmation.
Full payment (inclusive of shipping) shall be made before any pick-up arrangement. We will refund the shipping payment in cash, together with your order. Kindly notify ASAP on the pick-up arrangement so that we will not pack your order for shipping.
No Cash-On-Delivery terms.
